Amritsar, May 2 (IANS) Punjab Police Monday arrested 3 Railway Protection Force (RPF) constables for abducting a Chinese tourist from this Punjab metropolis Sunday evening.
Another accomplice namely still aboard the escape, police said.
RPF constables Shivdev Singh and Surinderjit Singh were captured Monday p.m. though the third informed, constable Amandeep Singh, was caught late nightfall.
